What is the difference between 365 Secure and 365 Ultimate?
Both include your Microsoft 365 licence, Vade email security and Acronis backup. Ultimate adds 24/7 managed detection and response, security awareness training with phishing simulations, and managed email signatures.
Which Microsoft 365 plans can Ultimate be added to?
Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard and Business Premium, and Exchange Online Plan 1 and Plan 2.
Will our email routing change?
No. The email security connects to Microsoft 365 by API, so there are no MX record changes and no mail delays.
What does the backup cover?
Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive, backed up to UK data centres with unlimited storage. You can search, preview and restore individual items or whole mailboxes, including to a different user.
How much does Microsoft 365 Ultimate cost?
It is priced per user, per month, with the Microsoft 365 licence included, and the figure depends on which plan you are on. Tell us your user count and plan and we will quote Ultimate and Secure side by side.
Can we start on Secure and move to Ultimate later?
