You shouldn’t have to manage your IT company.
The most common thing we hear from businesses about to switch is not that their provider is bad at fixing things. It is that nothing happens unless somebody chases, and the person doing the chasing has a day job.
Managed IT support moves the responsibility to us. Your team gets unlimited help when they need it. Behind that, we watch every device, apply updates on a schedule, check that backups actually restore and keep a written record of everything you own. You get one predictable cost and a quarterly conversation about what is coming next.
Everything below is in the monthly fee.
No per-ticket charges, no travel charges within our area, and no bill for the work you never see.
Unlimited remote support
Phone, email or portal, from engineers in Horsham. No hour bundles and no reason for anyone to put up with something broken.
On-site engineers
When it can’t be fixed remotely, someone comes out. Included, not billed by the hour plus mileage.
24/7 monitoring
Servers, laptops, firewalls, switches and access points watched continuously. Alerts open tickets on their own.
Patch management
Windows, macOS and third-party applications updated on a tested schedule, with a report of what is compliant.
Microsoft 365 administration
Users, licences, mailboxes, groups and permissions, with the same security standards applied to every tenant.
Starters and leavers
Accounts, mailbox, licence, laptop, phone extension and SIM set up or shut off as one logged process.
Documentation
Every device, licence, circuit and admin login recorded and kept current. It is yours if you ever leave.
Supplier management
We deal with your line provider, software vendors and printer company so your team doesn’t have to.
Client portal
Live tickets, assets, documents and call reporting, available to you at any time.
Quarterly business review
Spend, risk, ageing kit and what is coming up, with the numbers to back it up.
Response times we write into the contract.
Priority is set by business impact, not by who shouted loudest. Every ticket is measured, and the numbers go into your quarterly review whether they flatter us or not.
| Priority | What it means | First response | Target resolution |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1 Critical | A site or business-critical system is down | 15 minutes | 4 working hours |
| P2 High | A team is blocked, or one person can’t work at all | 30 minutes | 8 working hours |
| P3 Normal | One person affected, with a workaround | 2 working hours | 2 working days |
| P4 Request | New starter, change, question or advice | 4 working hours | 5 working days |
Service hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Out-of-hours cover is available for sites that run longer.
The work you never get an email about.
On a typical managed account, a large share of tickets are never raised by a person. Monitoring raises them, an engineer works them, and they are closed before anyone in the office knew there was anything to know. You see the pattern in your quarterly review rather than the noise every day.

Questions we get asked
What is managed IT support?
Managed IT support is a fixed monthly service in which an IT provider takes responsibility for keeping a business’s IT running. It combines unlimited help for staff with the background work that prevents problems: 24/7 monitoring, patching, backup checks, security and documentation.
Is support really unlimited?
Yes. Day-to-day support, incidents and requests are covered by the monthly fee with no ticket caps or hour bundles. Project work such as office moves, migrations and new site builds is scoped and quoted separately, so you always know the cost before anything starts.
We already have an in-house IT person. Does this still work?
Yes, that is co-managed IT. We usually take the monitoring, security tooling, out-of-hours cover and escalation, while your person keeps the relationships and the day-to-day.
How do you handle the handover from our current provider?
We do the chasing. We request admin access, documentation, licences and domain control, and where something is missing we rebuild it from the estate itself. Nothing is switched off until the replacement is proven. There is more in our switching guide.
Do you charge for travel?
Not within Sussex, Surrey and London. On-site visits in our area are part of the contract.
What is the minimum contract?
Twelve months for fully managed support. Co-managed arrangements can run on shorter terms.
Do you support Macs?
Yes. Mixed Windows and macOS fleets are normal for us, and both are monitored, patched and managed through the same platform.
