Questions we get asked
Is my computer worth repairing?
Sometimes not, and we will say so. As a rough guide, if a repair costs more than half the price of a suitable replacement and the machine is over five years old, replacing it usually makes more sense.
Someone rang claiming to be from Microsoft and I let them in. What now?
Disconnect from the internet and call us. Microsoft never make unsolicited calls. We will remove whatever was installed, help secure your accounts, and help you speak to your bank if payment details were involved. It happens to a lot of people.
Do you support Apple as well as Windows?
Yes, Macs, iPhones and iPads as well as Windows PCs and Android devices.
I run a small business from home. Is this the right page?
If it is a couple of computers and a printer, yes. Once you have staff or client data to protect, our business service is better value and covers far more.
